Co-founder and Vice President of the Management Board of LeasingTeam Sp. z o.o. Since 2004, she has been driving the strategic direction of the LeasingTeam Group companies. She is responsible for the development and contact with clients whom she supports in the implementation of innovative HR solutions. She implements modern tools and hiring models that enable organisations to increase productivity and accelerate business growth.
She holds a university degree in management and an Executive MBA from Maastricht University. She regularly expands her knowledge as a participant in, among others, the Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School and the leadership program at Oxford University.
