Since 2002, Leszek Hołda’s professional career has been in the B2B market. Recently, he has held two positions: Head of Key and Corporate Account Sales Department at Orange Polska, and CEO of Integrated Solutions. As Head of Key and Corporate Account Sales Department, he implemented the largest, strategic projects strengthening the position of the Orange Polska Group in the top business market segment. As CEO of Integrated Solutions – Orange Polska’s ICT integrator – he was responsible for the company’s strategy and development, and supervised the implementation of key projects. Under his direction, within five years Integrated Solutions transitioned from a start-up into a leading player on the IT market, seeing a several dozen per cent rise in revenue each year.
In 2009–2012, Leszek Hołda was also head of the Orange UEFA Euro 2012 project, where he managed a team of over 1,000 people responsible for technological support in Poland and for marketing rights activation in 11 European countries. Leszek Hołda completed an MBA Programme
at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School. Earlier, he graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków and the Kraków University of Economics.
