Danielle Lane
Since June 2018 Danielle has been Vattenfall’s UK Country Manager as well as Director of Portfolio and Transactions, tasked to grow the offshore wind pipeline. Danielle is seen as an industry expert and takes a leading position both in the UK and at a European level. Previous to this she worked for Ørsted in several positions: Senior Director; Business Support Director for their US market entry; and Head of Regulatory & Stakeholder Relations in the UK. Before this Danielle gained unique experience at Crown Estate, as a Development Manager. Danielle started her career with Centrica working within their Electricity Market Regulation team followed by an internal move to offshore wind farm development of the UK’s round 2 projects. She received her MBA from MBA, The Open University and is a graduate of Environmental Science at the University of Bath and Biology at the Imperial College London.
